Q: How do you keep up with new product models? What is a good number of skus a retailer/dealer should stock at any one – and the various categories of cases? A: With the constant introduction of new phone models, our customers f ind it diff icult to maintain an inventory before the model becomes obsolete and old inventory becomes idle.
