The CONCRETE Times • MAR 2015 THE UK CONCRETE SHOW 2015 - show REVIEW UKCS2015 BEST EVER FOR PRESSVESS Business for vertical and low level silo manufacturer Pressvess is still going strong following a highly successful showing at the 2015 UK Concrete 34 West Midlands based Pressvess are one of the UK’s leading steel fabricators and are regular exhibitors at the UK Concrete Show. SALES SUCCESS It was their sales success at the 2014 event lead to their opting to take more space for 2015. “We sold the silo that we were exhibiting, the first time we had done so, so decided to take more space at the 2015 show to exhibit two of our 50 tonne Low Level Silos” said Marketing Manager, Tom Mason. The gamble paid off handsomely. “We were delighted to sell both over the two days of the show”. BEST EVER UK CONCRETE SHOW IN 2015 Pressvess Sales Co-ordinator Jade Harris described this year’s show as their best yet. “We received 30+ strong silo leads during the show and I am confident at least 4 of these will convert to sales within the next month. BUSINESS IS BRISK FOR PRESSVESS Currently we are very busy - only last , we dispatched 2 concrete batching plants for use in the installation of the SSE Renewables Dunmaglass wind farm in Scotland and we have a further two low level silos and two 100 cubic metre vertical silos in production.” ALREADY BOOKED FOR UKCS2016 Pressvess have booked early for the 2016 show and are looking to take more space and a more central location. “ We are Looking to increase our presence by bringing more equipment next year” adds Tom, “so we have booked more space. We also decided to relocate to a site that is closer to the show entrance and the big kit zone”, he concludes.
