29 Sp r ing The days are getting warmer and the fields are a myriad of colour. The sunshine brightness of Canola always takes your breath away. The frosty Winter is behind us and we now welcome Spring. Lots of activity in the vineyards and orchards with pruning a priority. Spring Produce: Strawberries, Raspberries, Green Garlic (Early Spring), Garlic, Asparagus. summer A bowl of cherries on the table is a truly Antipodean Christmas tradition. Deep ruby in colour, cherries are a fun and festive fruit that balances sweetness and acidity and offers cleansing respite from the heaviness of Christmas fare. Vintage commences in the Orange region as well as much activity amongst the rows of berry bushes and stone fruit orchards. Summer Produce: Strawberries, Raspberries, Cherries, Peaches, Nectarines, Apricots, Tomatoes and a large range of vegetables.
