and no prerequisites are required. Attendees requesting CPE credits will be required to sign-in upon entering all Educational Sessions/Panel Discussions and then sign out when they leave to ensure credit is awarded
only for the amount of time spent in the session. The National Accounting & Finance Council (NAFC) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing
professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State Boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may
