“Should we be unable to furnish a warranty replacement for any current A&A Optical frame within a reasonable
time, we will provide a new A&A Optical frame of equal value from any A&A Optical collection at no charge for the
frame. Additionally, A&A Optical will compensate the dispensary for new lenses of equal value to the patient’s last
prescription, up to $200 per pair (wholesale laboratory cost). Compensation will be an A&A Optical credit memo
against future purchases upon the receipt of a copy of the wholesale lab invoice.”
WARRANTY | Pez® Eyewear styles have a “No Questions Asked Lifetime Warranty.” If a PEZ Eyewear frame breaks for any
reason, it will be replaced, with the same frame in the same size and color, “no questions asked.” Current styles in the
Jimmy Crystal New York™, Alexander Collection™, XXL™ Eyewear, Cruz™, Jalapenos™, Seventy one™, and Crocs™ Eyewear
collections all carry a two year warranty against manufacturer’s defects and material workmanship. Current styles in the
New Globe™ collection carry a one year warranty against manufacturer’s defects and material workmanship.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS | All frames within the warranty period with a manufacturer’s defect and/or material workmanship
defect will be replaced or credited. In cases where a warranty replacement has been purchased, but it is determined
that the damage is not a manufacturer’s defect and/or material workmanship defect, credit will be given for the price
paid less 50%. In cases where a warranty replacement has not been purchased and there is no manufacturer’s warranty
no credit will be given. No return authorization is required for defective returns. An original invoice must be included
with the defective frame for credit to be issued.
EXCHANGE POLICY | A&A Optical will exchange current A&A Optical styles with current A&A Optical styles of equal
value for a period of two years from the invoice date. All exchanges must be accompanied by an A&A Optical Return
Authorization Form. Return Authorization Forms are available only from your A&A Optical Sales Consultant or Regional
Manager and are valid for 60 days. All styles returned for exchange must be in salable condition and the returned
package must meet all standards outlined below or will not be credited. A&A will not accept for exchange any items that
have been used, abused or mishandled. Frames returned meeting the standards below and are missing parts such as
nose pads or demo lenses will be subject to a $12.50 fee. Any returns that do not have a Return Authorization Form are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. Patient Approval frames must be returned within 30 days or be subject to a 20% restocking
EXCHANGE PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
• All frames must be returned with original case or a service charge of $3.00-$7.50/case (depending on the brand) will
be applied unless arrangements are made on the Exchange Order to omit new cases.
• All frames must be individually wrapped. If frames are loosely returned in a box without appropriate packaging
and are damaged in transmit, they will not be credited.
• Freight and insurance charges are the responsibility of the account.
• All frames must be in salable condition, free of customer markings, and complete with demo lenses. If these
standards are not met, frames may be subject to a repair fee of $12.50 or no credit, depending on the condition
of the frame.
• All packages must have Account Information and Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of
the box. Failure to do so will significantly delay processing of exchange.
DISCONTINUED FRAMES | Once a frame becomes discontinued, there will be a 6 month period of time to return the
frame for full credit. After that period of time, there will be no credit.
TERMS | All statements are payable NET 30 days. A 1% prompt pay discount will be allowed if payment is received in
full by the tenth day of the current billing cycle. Merchandise will not be accepted as payment against
an outstanding balance.
SPECIAL PURCHASES OR OPPORTUNITY BUYS | All frames that are purchased at below normal discount pricing or
through Opportunity Buys are not returnable and have no warranty.
