Kids Connection (KTC) is the JCSD’s before and after school child care
program available for K-5 students during the school year and the
summer. The focus of the program is to provide enjoyable, motivating,
and structured activities for students, along with enriching eld trips.

JCSD Facility Usage
The JCSD schools and facilities are owned, maintained, and supported
by the public. The primary purpose of all school facilities is to serve the
needs of Johnston students, but the secondary purpose is to serve the
community. In an eort to respond to the educational, recreational, and
cultural needs of the Johnston community, school auditoriums and
other facilities may be rented for use by qualied groups/organizations.

JCE Refund Policy
For single-day classes, refund requests must be made at least 24 hours
before the class is scheduled to begin. For multiple-day classes, refund
requests must be made before the second class session is held.
There will be an administrative fee of $5 per class on all refunds. The full
fee is returned if JCE cancels the class.
