3.22 Emergency Situation Plan In the event of an Emergency Situation (i.e. fire, flood etc) that requires the children to be evacuated from the centre, the children will be taken to the designated Emergency Shelter. Each family will be advised at the time of enrolment the location of the evacuation shelter and is also listed on the front cover of the manual. In the event that the neighborhood around any of our locations involves the risk of widespread contamination, Kids Connection Care and Education will follow the direction of York Region Catholic and York Region Public School Board Emergency Evacuation Plan or directions from York Region Children Services and York Region Public Health. In the event of emergency cancellation of service at any Kids Connection Care and Education locations, we will follow the direction of York Region Catholic and York Region Public School Board.
